Day 1
Bagdogra to Gangtok
Receive at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport and transfer to Gangtok (130 km / 4 hrs). Overnight at a hotel in Gangtok.
 
 

Day 2
Gangtok
After breakfast, day excursion to Tshangu Lake at 3780m. Enjoy the natural beauty and experience yak ride around the lake. Overnight at a hotel in Gangtok.

  

Day 3
Gangtok to Lachung
Transfer to Lachung (117 km / 6 hrs). Overnight at hotel in Lachung.

  

Day 4
Lachung
Day excursion to beautiful Yumthang valley. Overnight at a hotel in Lachung.

 

Day 5
Lachung to Gangtok
Drive back to Gangtok. On the way, see mighty Kanchenjunga from Singhik on fair weather. Overnight at a hotel in Gangtok.

 

Day 6
Gangtok to Pelling
Breakfast and half-day sightseeing of Rumtek Monastery, Droul Chorthen, Research Institute of Tibetology, Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom (Sunday close), & Flower Show. Afternoon transfer to Pelling (116 km / 5 hrs). Overnight at hotel in Pelling

 

Day 7
Pelling
Today, after breakfast drive to Yuksom valley (35 km / 2 hrs), on the way visit a sacred Khecheopalri Lake, it is said that when a leaf fall on the water surface is picked up by a bird. Drive further toward Yuksom, the meeting place of three monks & the first capital of Sikkim where the first Chogyal - a ruling dynasty in Sikkim was crowned. Overnight at hotel in Pelling.

 

Day 8
Pelling to Kalimpong
Transfer to Kalimpong (115 km / 5 hrs). Overnight at hotel in Kalimpong.

 

Day 9
Kalimpong to Darjeeling
After breakfast sightseeing of Dello Hill, Dr. Graham’s Home School, Flower Nurseries, Jang-Dong-Palriffo Brang Monastery, and Durbin Dara Hill. Afternoon transfer to Darjeeling (70 km / 3 hrs). Overnight at the hotel in Darjeeling.

 

Day 10
Darjeeling
Early morning tour to Tiger Hill around 4 a.m. to view sunrise over Kanchenjunga peak subject to weather conditions. Reroute visit Ghoom Monastery, & Batasia Loop. After breakfast half day sightseeing of Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Thursday close), Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (Sunday close) & Tea Estate. Afternoon visit Rock Garden & Ganga Maya Lake. Overnight at the hotel in Darjeeling.

 

Day 11
Darjeeling to Bagdogra
Transfer to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport (100 km / 3 hrs) for onward journey.
