Your family adventure to Vietnam has finally begun. Arrive in bustling Saigon where you'll transfer to the Liberty Central Saigon Riverside Hotel. The rest of the day can be spent at your leisure, freshening up after your flight and getting yourself ready for a day of fun tomorrow.

Begin day 3 with a hearty breakfast before departing for the Cu Chi tunnels, around 90 minutes from your hotel. You’ll explore Cu Chi’s rugged grounds with a local guide and learn how the residents constructed an intricate underground network of tunnels during the Vietnam war. There will even be the opportunity to crawl underground and peek into the tiny chambers, although your kids might get a better look than you!  

Back in Ho Chi Minh City, you’ll visit the War Remnants Museum for a somber look into Vietnam’s military history. From there, you’ll walk around the major sights of colonial Ho Chi Minh City and soak up the city’s energy and buzz. You’ll pass the Old Saigon Post Office, Dong Khoi Street, the Opera House, and City Hall. 

The afternoon will be spent undergoing a treasure hunt in Ben Thanh Market. You'll split into teams and spend the next couple of hours completing challenges, communicating with locals to answer riddles, bargaining in Vietnamese and learning about the many curious items for sale in the markets. When your time's up, relax with a coffee and tally up your scores!

Tomorrow you'll be heading to the Mekong Delta.

Day 4 begins with an early start, as you visit Cai Rang's floating market. You'll board a small boat, ideal for exploring the waterways where vessels congregate to sell their wares; expect to see boats heaving with mango, banana, papaya and other types of exotic produce. During the early morning, larger boat anchor and create lanes that smaller boats can weave in and out of - it's really a sight to behold. 

After the market, you'll return to Can Tho by boat through the back canals and waterways, granting you a glimpse of everyday life in the area. The rest of the day can be spent at your leisure at your hotel.

Phu Quoc
Beach
Say goodbye to Can Tho as you board a short flight to Phu Quoc Island, a tropical jungle island fringed with some of the most incredible beaches.

Arrive at your accommodation, Chen Sea Resort & Spa, where you'll be spending the remaining duration of your Vietnam trip. The rest of the day is yours; choose to explore the hotel's facilities, including volleyball, tennis, and kayaking.

On day 7, you'll enjoy a snorkeling tour. You’ll be collected after breakfast and board a private boat to the Finger Isle of An Thoi, renowned for its colorful reefs and exotic marine life; get to grips with snorkeling before moving onto Dam Ngang Island for even more snorkeling opportunities. 

The next two days are exclusively yours to enjoy on the beaches of Phu Quoc Island, before finally returning home, full of newly made memories for the whole family.
