The day for your luxurious adventure through Laos and Cambodia is here at last! You’ll be picked up from home and driven to the airport by private chauffeur, no dealing with airport traffic for you. Once you land in Luang Prabang you’ll receive a VIP welcome before being transferred to your hotel by private car. Once you’ve settled in you’ll head out for dinner at Manda De Laos Restaurant, where you’ll dine under the stars surrounded by a UNESCO classified lotus pond. Soak up the tropical atmosphere as you sip your welcome cocktail and tuck into the delicious Laotian menu.

On your next day in this UNESCO city, you’ll tour the cultural highlights; you’ll kick-start your day with a visit to the National Museum and finish up at Wat Xieng Thong, one of the oldest and most revered temples in the country. After freshening up back at the hotel you’ll head out to dinner at L'Éléphant Restaurant, which according to Lonely Planet 'serves arguably the most sophisticated cuisine in the city'.

On your last full day in Luang Prabang you’ll rise early to watch one of the oldest Buddhist traditions here; the monks collecting the alms. Afterward, you’ll climb the 365 steps of Phousi Mountain for incredible views across the city. Next up you’ll visit the Kuang Si Waterfalls where you can explore the surrounding dense jungle on foot, climb to the top of the falls or bath in the turquoise blue pools. You’ll then hop aboard a long tail boat and cruise to Pha Tad Ke Botanical Garden where you’ll learn about bamboo, orchids and other local fauna. You’ll finish your action-packed day learning about Lao traditional herbal medicinal teas with a tasting session, before heading back to Luang Prabang by slow boat.

Bid farewell to Laos – today you’re off to Cambodia! Here you’ll explore the ancient walled city of Angkor Thom with an archaeologist guide. In the evening you’ll take the Angkor Gondola Boat out to Prasat Chrung Temple to catch an unforgettable sunset. Take in the glorious views while you enjoy the complimentary champagne and canapés.

The next day you’ll rise early to catch a beautiful sunrise over Angkor Wat, the largest religious monument in the world, before enjoying a champagne breakfast at Srah Srang Baray. Next up it’s time to cycle to Banteay Thom, a secluded 12th century Angkorian temple, with your archaeologist guide, when you arrive you’ll enjoy a picnic lunch amongst the quiet ruins. After a free afternoon, you’ll dine at Sala Kdei, a traditional wooden house overlooking the royal bathing pool of Srah Sran. Enjoy your delicious Khmer tasting menu by candlelight.
