Siem Reap
City + Tour
It’s time to leave the capital city behind and travel to Siem Reap, best known as the gateway to the magnificent ruins of Angkor. You’ll spend your first full day here touring the ancient sites of Angkor Thom with an archaeologist guide. You will then spend your evening enjoying champagne and canapes as you watch the sunset over Prasat Chrung Temple, before floating to your dinner venue.

The next morning you’ll be up bright and early to catch the spectacular sunrise over the legendary Angkor Wat before heading on to Srah Srang baray, where you'll indulge in a champagne lakeside breakfast with views out to the temples. Next, you’ll ride a bicycle north with your archaeologist guide through rural countryside to a 12th Century Angkorian temple which you’ll likely have to yourselves. After a packed day of activities, you’ll enjoy a dinner with a private chef – bliss!

For your last full day in Siem Reap, you’ll embark on an authentic rural tour to learn about life in a typical Cambodian village. You’ll enjoy breakfast with a local family, take an ox cart ride to a market and take part in a Buddhist ceremony before enjoying lunch with a fresh view of the Pool of Ablutions next to Angkor. Spend your final afternoon in Siem Reap at your leisure before enjoying fine dining at Embassy Restaurant and VIP tickets to PHARE, the Cambodian Circus. The performance mixes traditional and modern theatre with music, dance, contortion, and acrobatics in a projection of modern-day life in Cambodia. After the show, you can enjoy a photo opportunity with the stars of the circus before returning to your hotel.

It’s time to head to Song Saa Private Island Hotel, an eco-luxe resort boasting thatch and stone villas – each complete with private sea-view plunge pool - dotted throughout the island.

If yoga is your thing, start your day with salutations to the sun in a morning yoga class suitable for all levels. If you wish to explore the surrounding area and get to know the local species, habitats & ecosystems, the resort offers a private safari exploration of the ‘sweetheart’ islands – Koh Ouen and Koh Bong – with a guide from the hotel’s Conservation Team. For the foodies, experience a Khmer cooking class where the hotel’s chefs will teach you how to craft some of their favorite traditional dishes.

Do as little or as much as you like here; explore beneath the waves, hike through the rainforest or simply float in the stunning infinity pool.
